The Work

As part of the Facilities Management team, you will ensure the precinct’s critical water and gas infrastructure remains at a high standard. This involves varied maintenance work across a complex campus.

• Reactive and preventative plumbing maintenance across hospital buildings.

• Maintenance and testing of backflow prevention devices and TMVs.

• Repairs to drainage, sanitary systems, and hot water services.

• Fault-finding and diagnostics across complex healthcare hydraulic systems.

• Ensuring all work meets strict health, safety, and government standards.

What You Need

We are looking for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work and understands the requirements of a busy hospital environment.

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Plumbing.

• Licensing: Current QLD Plumbing and Drainage Licence.

• Endorsements: TMV and Backflow endorsements are highly regarded.

• Preferred: A Restricted Electrical Licence is a significant advantage.

• Compliance: Ability to pass a Police Check and provide vaccination records.

• Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
